Scope of work
Citadel was awarded the most complicated and highest profile court in NSW from a preselected procurement panel of AV integrators. Banco consisted of multiple cantilevered LED displays suspended above the court along with a complete audio solution comprised of line array speakers and over 20 microphones. Further complexity was added by heritage building requirements and the bespoke fit out.
Citadel successfully delivered the project within a compressed timeline over the December holiday period, and the Courts were able to resume use within required timelines.
Our ability to meet the tight timeframes was majorly possible due to our Project Managers’ contribution towards coordinating trades, undertaking effective collaboration with the client, and ensuring that the work promised was delivered as per the expectations set and schedule created.
