Summary
Australian Government procurement and grants reporting relied on information drawn from multiple systems, making consistent reporting, data management and analysis increasingly challenging.
Working in partnership with the Department of Finance, Citadel Edge designed, delivered and operates the Information Delivery Platform (IDP), a shared analytics and reporting capability that brings together procurement and grants data into a single platform. Built on AWS using Matillion ETL, Snowflake and Tableau, IDP provides a secure and scalable environment for reporting and analysis.
The platform has reduced reliance on manual reporting processes, improved access to procurement and grants information, strengthened data governance and established a foundation for future expansion as additional data sources and reporting requirements are introduced.
